Briana Fuchs has been involved in the food service industry for nearly twenty years, creating and catering special events since 1998. Professionally trained in Hospitality Management, she has gained considerable experience working with culinary professionals, researching the culture and history of food, and as a student of creativity and innovation in food service. She is also sharing her passion with her two sons, Clayton and Campbell, who may assist her at your event.
Her mission to share a passion for food, dedication to food safety, palate for flavor and love of the kitchen carries through with the people that serve you. Our kitchen staff is trained to prepare the menus to our exacting standards of quality and freshness, food safety, and presentation. Certified Food Managers are on-site at your meal service to ensure that our delicious, carefully-prepared food is served according to safety guidelines. We provide professional and knowledgeable servers, stewards and bartenders.
